Your first stop is the Tomaz Winery, nestled near the charming hilltop town of Motovun. Enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding vineyards while sampling five signature Tomaz wines, perfectly paired with locally sourced snacks. This family-run estate offers an unforgettable tasting experience in the heart of Istria’s wine country. Next, visit the historic Kabola Winery, where winemaking traditions have been passed down since 1891. Taste five of their most celebrated wines accompanied by a selection of Istrian tapas, all served in a setting that reflects the authentic charm of traditional Istrian architecture.
